What happens when you send a message about some cheatings?

I just liked to know how does BS treats messages about cheatings?
I sent one yesterday and I'd like to know if I'll have some feed-back or not and what will happen.

Like we have some BS MOD on that forum, I'd like to have your opinion.
It's about my next opponent in national cup team ID9111.
I checked his players and his last transfers. The last eleven players were sold to team ID 8970 at price between 5 and 20 X EV for old and not very good players. What I can see of the IP address is the same.
Nearly all the transfers of team 8970 are from 9111 and to close the subject match between those two teams was walk-over for 9111.

I think all those points are very strange and I'd like to have your opinion.

Just look if this team will beacome a bot one or not.
