In the near future U18 WC will begin.
I know your players are young and need lot of training and it's normal.
Tiredness became most important this year and i see some U18 players with 20% or more in tiredness.
It's too much for the U18 of course but also for your team because skill of players drop if they're too tired and their possibilities to get injured are higher.

So if any player is at 15% or more, i'll can't use it in the S5 and so he will not get XP.
I can give you tips and we can discuss on the best way to use your player and to lower the tiredness
